SHIPPING POLICY

Boutique Ten 17 is not responsible for orders lost during shipping/transit, addresses provided incorrectly, or unclaimed/refused packages. Packages may be tracked using the supplied tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. We will make our best efforts to inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or if shipment may be delayed.

Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping, not including holidays.

Free standard shipping on orders $99 or more required, when promotion is active. Valid on shipments to US addresses only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Offer not valid on Express, Overnight, International, or APO/FPO. Other exclusions may apply. Offer has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. Boutique Ten 17 reserves the right to end or modify this promotion at any time. 

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Boutique Ten 17 does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations at this time.
