Boutique Ten 17 is not responsible for orders lost during shipping/transit, addresses provided incorrectly, or unclaimed/refused packages. Packages may be tracked using the supplied tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. We will make our best efforts to inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or if shipment may be delayed.

Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping, not including weekends/holidays.

Free standard shipping on orders $75 or more required, when promotion is active. Valid on shipments to US addresses only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Offer not valid on Express, Overnight, International, or APO/FPO. Other exclusions may apply. Offer has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. Boutique Ten 17 reserves the right to end or modify this promotion at any time. 

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Boutique Ten 17 is pleased to accept exchanges of any unworn item(s), in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Lingerie, Sale Items, Accessories are not eligible for exchanges nor returns.

You may exchange merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any shipping fees that incur from returning/exchanging an item is solely the consumer’s responsibility.

Currently we do not accept returns! We accept EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition (we will not process exchanges for merchandise with stains, rips, tears, other signs of wear).

Sizing measurements may vary as clothing comes from various distributors. Pattern may be unique for each individual item, and may not appear exactly as pictured.
